Working with green oak is incredibly rewarding- easy to work when freshly milled and hard as iron after a few hundred years, it really is a wonder material. Oak framed buildings don’t have to be dark and cramped anymore, open plan layouts and plenty of glass can create beautiful, light filled living spaces that work with modern lifestyles, yet still sit well in their surroundings with the right choices of materials. We hand craft our green oak frames in our workshop and can deliver anywhere in the country, with even a large oak frame for a three bedroom house going up in just a few days.
